    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Production Manager to oversee our production operations and ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. The Production Manager will be responsible for scheduling machine orders, coordinating requests from various departments, and managing the production staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a keen eye for process improvement and performance metrics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Machine Order Scheduling:

    Develop and maintain production schedules for machine orders to ensure timely completion and delivery.

    Prioritize and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate urgent requests and changes in demand.

    Departmental Coordination:

    Coordinate and schedule requests from sales, engineering, and other departments.

    Work closely with engineering to ensure order specifications and requirements are met.

    Communicate effectively with the customer support team to address any issues or concerns related to orders.

    Team Collaboration:

    Collaborate with the sales team to communicate issues and updates regarding orders.

    Ensure clear and consistent communication across all departments involved in the production process.

    Staff Management:

    Manage production staff responsible for machine preparation, parts pulling, and warehouse management.

    Supervise facility operations and work on facility improvements in coordination with the facility manager.

    Oversee the maintenance shop and ensure the proper functioning of all machines and equipment.

    Customer and Sales Coordination:

    Coordinate customer visits and schedule them with the production team.

    Ensure that production schedules align with customer expectations and sales commitments.

    Leadership and Development:

    Provide strong leadership to the production team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

    Develop and implement processes, key performance indicators (KPIs), and scorecards to measure and improve production efficiency and effectiveness.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in production management or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

    Strong understanding of production processes, scheduling, and resource allocation.

    Excellent leadership and team management skills.

    Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.

    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    Proficient in using production management software and tools.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Ability to develop and implement processes and performance metrics.

    Ability read Electrical scheamtics.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

    Experience in facility management and maintenance.

    Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
