    Summary/Objective:

    As a Customer Care Representative, you will be in charge of helping patients use our iLet device and working to solve their issues or concerns. You will work closely with customers in an empathetic and supportive manner to promote the most accurate information relating to their inquiries.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Take inbound calls from the customer support queue and document conversations with patients in detail.
    • Create cases to document patient complaints and feedback.
    • Takes initiative while troubleshooting patient issues and addressing their concerns.
    • Work with inside and field sales/clinical team to support patients and health care providers.
    • Create orders for distributors.
    • Make occasional outbound calls to follow up with patients and health care providers.
    • Respond to emails from customers in a timely fashion.
    • Perform other duties and schedules as assigned.
    • Must comply with Privacy/HIPPA and other regulatory, legal, and safety requirements.
    • Assist sales team with inbound phone calls, distributor trackers, and make outbound calls to provide patients with sales updates.
    • Respond to marketing/sales inquiries.
    • Operates with high standards that are aligned to Certified B-Corp values.
    • Consider the beneficiaries of Beta Bionics' Public Benefit Mission with all actions and decisions.

    Work Schedule:

    • This position will be required to work Weekends, Nights, and Holidays.

    Required Education and Experience

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
    • Able to type while talking with customers on the phone

    Preferred Experience and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Previous experience working in a call center
    • Experience working with Salesforce CRM
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    Work Environment and Personal Protective Equipment

    • This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and scanners.

    Physical Demands

    • While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to be independently mobile. The employee is also required to interact with a computer, and communicate with co-workers.
    • This position requires travel depending upon business needs.

    Salary Range

    $50,000 - $60,000
