WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and hard-working individual to help therapists and counselors join the BetterHelp network. The perfect candidate will be interested in teletherapy and working with the worlds leading online counseling company! You will have a natural interest in recruiting, demand generation, sales, and LinkedIn sourcing. Self-motivated individuals that are able to generate results independently will excel here. This is a part time opportunity.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Assist the counselor recruiting team in daily tasks including managing LinkedIn, responding to emails, and scheduling calls.
- Conduct outreach to potential counselors using email and LinkedIn.
- Help with lead generation using a variety of outlets, tools, and creativity.
- Continually strive for higher volume and optimization on recruiting counselors.
- Enjoy great teamwork, have lots of fun, and take pride in building a world-class product that makes a difference in people's lives!
- Maintain a flexible schedule with the expectation of around four hours per day.
WHAT WILL YOU NOT DO?
- You will NOT worry about "runway", "cash left", or "how much time we have until the next round". We have the startup DNA but we're fully backed and funded, all the way to success.
- You will NOT be bogged down by office politics, ego, or bad attitude. Only positive, pleasure-to-work-with people allowed here!

REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to perform a high volume of tasks on a consistent basis
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently without constant direct supervision
- Talent for engaging with people online
Bonus (great to have but not required):
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator
- High volume recruiting experience
- An understanding of email marketing
- Sales or lead generation experience
