About the job:
We are seeking skilled and motivated Beverage Dispense Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our beverage dispensing systems across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years proven experience as a technician, in the beverage industry or related field.
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed servicing a variety of events and hospitality businesses.
Diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a related field is a plus.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with beverage dispensing systems and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent understanding of technology solutions
Demonstrate an ability to manage projects, focus on achieving objectives, adjust priorities, manage time and follow up on actions
Show an ability to work autonomously and be able to take responsibility beyond scope of role
Be aware of and take responsibility for implications of decisions
Have the ability to cope in a high-pressure environment
