Responsibilities: • Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures • Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard • Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff • Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel’s food and beverage department including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule • Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions Qualifications: • High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred • Customer relationship management experience desired • Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards • At least 3 years in a supervisory role in the food and beverage department • Food handling license required Compensation: $68,500 yearly
