    Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Beverage Manager to join our team at [Restaurant Name].     Responsibilities:

    Oversee the restaurant's beverage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking.

    Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages to maintain quality and freshness.

    Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks to prevent shortages or overstocking.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating pricing and agreements.

    Collaborate with the management team to design and update the beverage menu, incorporating current industry trends.

    Train staff on beverage service standards, including wine pairings and cocktail preparation.

    Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations related to beverages.

    Address and resolve customer complaints related to beverage service in a professional and timely manner.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality or beverage management is a plus.

    At least 2 years of experience in beverage management or a similar role, preferably in a restaurant setting.

    Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and beverage trends.

    Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).

    Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training staff and collaborating with vendors.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks, such as lifting beverage crates.
