Job Description

We are seeking a Fish Department Sales Associate to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Educate customers on products, fish, invertebrates and tank care
• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Maintain a clean store environment, including aquariums and merchandise
• Learn about new products and how they can benefit customers' aquariums

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Experience with fresh and/or saltwater aquariums (personal or professional experience are both welcome)
• Outgoing
• Self motivated
• Enjoy working with both animals and people
• Team member mentality
