    Looking for a bilingual (Spanish and English) professional and welcoming legal assistant to support our expanding law firm in Louisville, KY. Your key responsibility each morning is to ensure outstanding customer service by managing phone calls, online inquiries, and initial client meetings. Throughout the day, you'll assist with new client onboarding, and appointment scheduling, and provide operational support as required. This role is on-site and necessitates reliable transportation. Responsibilities: • Provide a positive first point of contact with the law firm whether in person or over the phone • Support new client onboarding by gathering information with empathy and attention to detail • Handle personal injury case files from initial sign-up through setting up claims and establishing liability then make a coordinated handoff to your teammate on our production team • Maintain client satisfaction by keeping them updated and assisting them with matters related to their case • Maintain practice and client confidentiality • Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters and medical providers to gather information • Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls, updating our case management system, and keeping case files organized Qualifications: Does this describe you? • You believe it's important to greet everyone with a warm, friendly welcome • You genuinely care about clients and want to deliver an experience that turns them into raving fans • You are comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations • You see an opportunity for organization where others see a mess Here's what we're looking for: • Excellent organization and time management skills • Friendly and empathetic interpersonal skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Technologically savvy: moderate experience working with Google Suite and Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Spanish proficiency is required • Experience handling personal injury cases is preferred • Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to pass a background and resume check Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
