    ABOUT THE HUMAN RESOURCE TEAM

    The Human Resource Team is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Company's retail stores, distribution center, and business office in the areas of: employee relations, training, recruitment, payroll, compensation, and benefits administration, leaves of absence, workers' compensation, safety, liability, and loss prevention. This position is also responsible for providing advice and assistance to the Executive Committee on human resources strategies to achieve company objectives.

    ABOUT THE POSITION

    We are looking for an organized and hardworking Leave of Absence & Disability Administrator to join Bi-Mart. This position ensures company compliance with federal, state, and local leave and disability laws and ordinances, including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Administers the company's leave of absence, short-term disability, and attendance policies and procedures. Works with qualifying employees and their managers to provide reasonable accommodations for disabilities and pregnancies when needed.
