    Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Auto Glass Replacement Scheduler)

    Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Auto Glass Replacement Scheduler). This role involves answering incoming phone calls, assisting customers with scheduling auto glass replacement appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, candidates with sales skills will excel in this position, as there is an opportunity to upsell services and products to customers. During slower periods, we also request that employees post advertisements on platforms such as Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and similar platforms to increase business visibility.

    Responsibilities:

    Answer incoming phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.

    Listen to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding auto glass replacement services.

    Provide accurate information about available appointment times, pricing, and services offered.

    Schedule appointments for auto glass replacement, taking into consideration customer preferences and availability.

    Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of appointments.

    Confirm appointments with customers and provide relevant details, including appointment time, location, and preparation instructions.

    Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service provided and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

    Utilize sales skills to upsell additional services and products to customers.

    During slower periods, post advertisements on platforms such as Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and similar platforms to increase business visibility.

    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments scheduled, and service details.

    Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.

    Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as email and Microsoft Office.

    Familiarity with auto glass replacement services and terminology is a plus.

    Sales skills and experience with advertising platforms preferred.

    Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
