WE PROVIDE... • Leads… lots of leads • First-class marketing materials and sales support • Extensive back-office paperwork support • A proven training program Responsibilities: • Consult with clients and find homes that meet their needs • Act as an intermediary between seller and buyer • Help clients choose mortgage options that meet their needs • Participate in open houses, networking activities and team client events to enhance your sales • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers • "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice Qualifications: • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude • Self-motivated, driven and ambitious • Ability to learn and follow team methods and scripts  • Ability to learn and understand current real estate trends • Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude • Display excellent communication skills • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs • Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations • Good organizational and time management skills • Able to work weekend and evening hours Compensation: $65,000+ at plan commission
