We have a team of listing specialists and need assistance to increase our sales now.

COMPENSATION: $75,000+ at plan commission

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet with potential clients using a solid consultation process to set expectations and guidelines so you can serve them best.
• Actively prospect for new clients.
• Create a market analysis for clients to help them determine the most accurate price when selling or buying.
• Write and negotiate offers and maintain contracts through our online document management system.
• Follow through with clients until closing.
• Network to source new business and referrals.
• Provide superb customer service.
