Responsibilities: Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team Post job openings to all major job boards in order to bring in a steady stream of strong applicants Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Familiar with online job posting tools 4-year college degree required 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position Superb time management and organizational skills Compensation: 45000 - 150000 yearly
