Improving our communities by changing the way people experience cycling is one of our core values. If you feel the same way, apply to join our team today!

    Position Overview

Whether you're helping someone find their first bike or tuning up a ride for an epic journey, we're in the business of creating lasting memories. The pace is fast, our customers are passionate, and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset is essential. We prioritize hospitality skills and are more interested in your eagerness to learn than in what you already know. If you're a bike expert, fantastic! If not, we provide comprehensive training. What matters most is your ability to understand customer needs and deliver exceptional service.

We are looking for a skilled and passionate BIKE MECHANIC to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling, tuning, and maintaining bikes to ensure top performance and safety for our customers. With a strong understanding of bicycle components and mechanics, you'll troubleshoot repairs, service bikes on the spot, and install accessories customers choose for their new bikes. You'll also be the first to handle brand-new models before they hit the sales floor. Above all, you'll build trusted relationships with customers who rely on you to keep their gear running flawlessly.

The ideal Bike Mechanic balances a passion for people with broad technical expertise, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and excellence in retail practices, all while supporting teammates in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. If you're a problem-solver with a love for bikes and a drive for technical mastery, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work.
