Bilingual Accounting Assistant (Spanish / English)
This position involves taking, storing and charging credit card information. This position is responsible for charging client cards set up on monthly payment plans and contacting the client if there is a problem with the payment.
Requirements:
Exceptional customer service skills handling calls, servicing customers, and providing excellent face to face service to people in need
Basic understanding of accounting
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Capacity to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma
Must be fluent in Spanish
