    We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

    The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

    Responsibilities:

    Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.

    Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence

    Schedule and confirm shipping

    Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical based on office protocol

    Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

    Answer phones and greet visitors as needed

    Problem-Solving Skills &Teamwork

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

    Ability to prioritize and multitask

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong attention to detail & organizational skills.

    Proficient in QuickBooks & Microsoft Office suite

    Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese a plus
