Responsibilities: • Identify and recruit qualified candidates for the agent positions in Houston. • Track and analyze weekly applicant data. • Arrange and conduct interviews with potential candidates. • Maintain communication with candidates and update the Senior Partner on recruitment progress. • Build strong relationships with recruiters and manage recruitment resources. • Plan and participate in career events and recruitment activities. • Search databases for resumes and conduct outreach to potential candidates. • Assist with onboarding processes, including licensing, contract preparation, and training agendas. • Manage social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook. • Participate in regular staff meetings. Qualifications: • Demonstrated success in surpassing goals and targets. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships. • Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is required. • This role is focused on sales. • Adept at interacting with diverse personalities. • Excellent interpersonal skills and a personable, approachable demeanor. • Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail. • Proficient in a variety of computer applications. • Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering excellence. • Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. • Positive, flexible, and adaptable attitude. • Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills. • Open to receiving feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
