Responsibilities: • Identify and recruit qualified candidates for the agent positions in Houston. • Track and analyze weekly applicant data. • Arrange and conduct interviews with potential candidates. • Maintain communication with candidates and update the Senior Partner on recruitment progress. • Build strong relationships with recruiters and manage recruitment resources. • Plan and participate in career events and recruitment activities. • Search databases for resumes and conduct outreach to potential candidates. • Assist with onboarding processes, including licensing, contract preparation, and training agendas. • Manage social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook. • Participate in regular staff meetings. Qualifications: • Proven ability to exceed objectives. • Strong verbal and written communication, with relationship-building skills. • Fluent in English and Vietnamese is a must • Skilled at working with diverse personalities. • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. • Highly organized with attention to detail. • Proficient in various computer applications. • Dedicated work ethic and commitment to excellence. • Strong ability to prioritize and multitask. • Positive and adaptable attitude. • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service. • Receptive to feedback and coaching. Compensation: $31,000 - $42,000 yearly
