Responsibilities: • Oversee systems directly related to patient care, and work with the clinic managers to implement best practices • Help in ensuring consistency for staff and patients at Vida clinic location sites • Work in tandem with the Clinic Managers to ensure front desk and customer service practices are running efficiently and accurately. • Ensure the best possible patient experience through management and training of support team members. • Deliver high-quality patient and customer service at all times. Qualifications: • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role, supervising others. • At least 1 year of experience in providing exceptional customer service, both over the phone and in in-person roles. • Possess keen attention to details. • Have the proven ability to provide leadership and a supportive presence to a team of individuals. • Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in any of the following settings: chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, naturopathic, and other healthcare. • Working knowledge of basic computer skills and Microsoft office suite is required (Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint). Compensation: $26 - $30 hourly
