What You’ll Do: • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the clinic manager to support both the front desk and clinical team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient experiences • Operational Excellence: Assist in managing daily operations, improving processes, and maintaining high standards of service in the clinics • Multi-Clinic Support: Travel to multiple clinic locations as needed, to provide support and ensure consistent operational standards across all clinic sites What We’re Looking For:Experienced Professional: Background in a front office or hospitality role, with strong supervisory and customer service skills. • Proactive Leader: A detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for leadership and excellence. • Growth-Oriented: An individual with aspirations to develop into a clinic manager role, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and advancement. • Healthcare Knowledge: Experience in the healthcare field and a general understanding of health insurance is a plus, but not required. Preference will be given to candidates with a leadership background in healthcare. Responsibilities: • Oversee systems directly related to patient care, and work with the clinic managers to implement best practices • Help in ensuring consistency for staff and patients at Vida clinic location sites • Work in tandem with the Clinic Managers to ensure front desk and customer service practices are running efficiently and accurately. • Ensure the best possible patient experience through management and training of support team members. • Deliver high-quality patient and customer service at all times. Qualifications: • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role, supervising others. • At least 1 year of experience in providing exceptional customer service, both over the phone and in in-person roles. • Possess keen attention to details. • Have the proven ability to provide leadership and a supportive presence to a team of individuals. • Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in any of the following settings: chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, naturopathic, and other healthcare. • Working knowledge of basic computer skills and Microsoft office suite is required (Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint). Compensation: $26 - $30 hourly
