Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Remote Bi-Lingual Call Center Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will take inbound calls, communicate with patients to identify their needs and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and can multi-task with great energy. Training will be on-site.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to incoming calls.
Effectively handle patient call queues.
Maintain clear and courteous communication with patients.
Coordinate and schedule patient appointments.
Gather accurate demographic information from new patients.
Verify existing patient charts to ensure accuracy and currency of information.
Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED.
Ability to speak fluent Spanish.
Experience working in the dental field is a plus.
Must provide own computer.
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of active listening techniques.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively.
