ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
As an Insurance Trusted Advisor you will take ownership for customer interactions while educating and counseling policyholders on making the right insurance decisions. You will gain valuable experience in the world of insurance sales and general customer service.
This is a full-time position looking for employees to become a part of our team!
Requirements:
1+ years of previous sales experience preferred
Prior Insurance experience preferred but not necessary
Excellent skills in communication and presentation
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
Willingness to learn and be coachable
Basic computer skills
insurance license preferred or the capability to be licensed with 30 days of hire
Must be willing to undergo a background check as required
Must have dependable transportation
Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records
Identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from a variety of sources, including networking, referrals, marketing, and lead databases
Setting appointments and meeting with prospective customers and business owners
Professional phone etiquette
Meet exceed current and prospective client expectations
Setting goals with an action plan
