We are looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, resolving customer issues, and answering customer questions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound and outbound calls from customers
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen carefully to customer inquiries and concerns
- Use knowledge of products and services to provide accurate and helpful information
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate issues to supervisors as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet call center goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle difficult customers
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
