Responsibilities: • Answer incoming phone calls promptly to provide timely assistance to customers • Qualify and arrange appointments for inspections • Maintain an updated and well-organized department message board consistently • Proactively contact customers who have shown interest in our services • Provide support to other departments when assisting Spanish-speaking customers Qualifications: Skills needed: • Attention to detail • Must be organized • Ability to multitask • Customer Service experience • Bilingual • Competency regarding computers • Ability to show a great personality on the phone • Fast learner with the ability to follow directions Compensation: $16 - $19 hourly
