Job Summary:

Holy Angels Residential Facility is in search of a part time Bilingual Employment Recruiter. The Recruiter will assist the Director of Human Resources and HR Coordinator in recruitment of staff for Holy Angels.

Specific Skills and Responsibilities

· Review applications, set up interview, perform interviews

· Perform all pre employment paperwork including, reference checks, backgrounds and onboarding paperwork

· Translates for applicants and employees as needed regarding on boarding or policy and procedures

· Relief for the Receptionist as needed · Assist in all other function of HR as needed

· Performs all other duties as requested by the HR Director

Qualifications:

· Bilingual fluent in Spanish and English

· Must maintain a current and valid driver’s license

Education:

· GED or High School Diploma Required

· Bachelors Degree Preferred

Requirements:

· Drug Screen

· Criminal Background Check

· Driver’s License Check

Work Environment:

· Must be able to work with individuals with developmental disabilities

Physical Demands:

· Walk, stand, sit, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, use hands and lift up to 50lbs, 2/3’s of the time
