Job Description
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Assist in data entry tasks related to financial transactions and vendor information
Assist in generating financial reports and maintaining accurate records
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Testing new technology
Troubleshoot software issues
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Communicate with vendors and team members
Must be Bilingual
Experience:
Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)
Windows: 1 year (Preferred)
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary (Preferred)
