    Looking for an Equine Customer Care Representative *** Must be Bilingual! *** POSITION SUMMARY Our mission is to transform our patients by improving their quality of life, maximizing their athletic ability, and overall wellness through innovative treatments and rehabilitation. The customer care representative is the first point of contact with the client. Successful team members in this role are positive and helpful in welcoming and assisting clients by delivering exceptional customer service throughout the client journey. As an essential part of the company, the representative’s goal is to listen to the owner's desires and needs in order to provide a path of a smooth transition to see the doctor. This position assists with keeping the fast paced clinic flow running smoothly and efficiently by ensuring clients arrive at their appointment and seen promptly.

    ABOUT PERFORMANCE EQUINE VETERINARY SERVICES

    We work with horse and canine athletes of all disciplines, to service their sports medicine and rehabilitation needs of our patients. We are located on a beautiful 23 acre facility in Ocala, Florida. We are transparent, disciplined, accountable, aligned, results-oriented, and inspirational.     OBJECTIVES

    Handle all incoming and outbound calls, providing consistent and excellent customer service

    Manage all administrative functions of the role, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data, including medical records, across various platforms

    Schedule various types of appointments or procedures according to hospital scheduling guidelines

    Communicate with clients regarding financial options and policies to ensure smooth transactions and proactive scheduling’ ensuring accurate payment is collected at time of service or for prepayments

    Maintain accurate knowledgable and understanding of company products and services to provide appropriate advice during client interactions based on the doctor's recommendations

    Ensure all clients are prepared for scheduled appointments through proactive communication with the team

    Handle all other office administrative tasks as necessary

    REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to navigate relationships with clients, co workers, and patients.

    Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances, concerns and questions appropriately.

    Personable communicator who clearly and persuasively describes products and services to customers to encourage sales transactions.

    Must be detail-oriented and highly attuned to capturing relevant data in documentation.

    Strong computer skills and highly proficient in MS Office Suite, Windows, Google Suite; and CRMS

    Outstanding organization and administrative accountability.

    Ability to maintain confidentiality with individual interactions with patients

    Experience successfully maintaining a positive attitude while working in a team environment with competing priorities.

    Must have the physical and mental capacity to perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    2 years experience in Customer Service and appointment scheduling, preferably in healthcare or other related industry

    Education in Customer Excellence or Customer Service

    Knowledge of veterinary medicine

    Bilingual English & Spanish

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking

    Must be able to lift at least 25lbs

    Travel Required: Up to 15% for Continuing Education & Training
