Alicia McMachan is a passionate Financial Advisor, Coach, and Founder of Congruent Advisors. She was a college athlete at the University of Illinois Springfield where she played 4 years of volleyball and 2 years of softball. She started her business at just 22 years old, in a city where she had no roots and few prospects—but an immeasurable faith in herself and what was possible.
Now, with 25 years of experience, Alicia collaborates with her husband, Mark McMachan, CFP, to provide Comprehensive Financial Planning for individuals, families, and businesses across the country. Their mission is to inspire financial planning that aligns with their clients’ values, creating balance and empowering them to truly "spend life living."

You will design and implement tailored strategies that safeguard clients' assets, income, and overall financial well-being, ensuring their long-term security. Required Skills: BA or BS degree from a four-year institution is preferred. The candidate must be an accomplished communicator with strong verbal and written skills. Prior sales and/or business experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, demonstrated history of personal and professional success, high standard of ethics.
