We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual (English and Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact and a vital representative of our firm. You’ll ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and exemplary service. Responsibilities: • Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information • Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries • Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date • Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information Qualifications: • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations • At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills • Must be fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken. Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
