    SEROTONIN Centers Front Desk/Receptionist

    The Front Desk/Receptionist is the first and continuous point of contact with all SEROTONIN Anti-Aging Centers clients/members/guest. The front desk welcomes and greets clients and ensures that they feel comfortable during their visit. They will build and maintain good relationship with clients by interacting warmly with them and giving them tips on the best products/supplements at the Center to enhance their results.

    • Ability to speak Spanish fluently.
    • Have exceptional organizational skills while performing multiple tasks including answering phones, scheduling, checking clients in/out, calling new leads and maintaining client/member/guest records
    • Introduce, promote and sell retail products to clients
    • Keep clients updated on current promotions and discounts of services being offered
    • Process payments from clients for services and products
    • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with both the clients and other team members
    • Open and close the Center as assigned
    • Assist in getting client feedback on level of services and secure a Google My Business 5- star review
    • Inform team member of appointments that have been canceled by clients and alert team members of the arrival of clients
    • Assist in developing promotional events, which focus on increasing memberships
    • Manage the software to keep updated record of client/member visits
    • Receive customer complaints and feedback and direct them to appropriate team members for resolution.

    Requirements: Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

    • Must be articulate, personable and have excellent communication skills
    • Enjoys working with clients and has experience in a consultative sales environment
    • Possess strong computers skills, telephone etiquette, as well as the ability to use technology to process/hold and store information
    • Excellent multitasking skills to successfully handle several assignments during each shift
    • Possess strong organizational skills and detailed oriented
    • Extensive knowledge of the Center products and services
    • Preferred previous experience in medical spas, retail and/or sales roles
    • Preferred experience working with spa management software Zenoti
