Job Description
ServiceMaster Cleaning Solutions is growing Janitorial/Commercial cleaning organization located in Romeoville, IL. We are currently seeking an individual who is intelligent, organized and hard-working. Experience in a fast pace small business. Qualified candidates must have excellent analytical, organizational, with reasoning skills and the ability to work well under pressure with little supervision.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
Recruit & Interview employees that will “SERVE” our clients well
Work with area managers & Supervisors on how many employees are needed and which current employees are NOT “SERVING” our clients
Manage help wanted ad’s and track/report results weekly
Assist Owner or manager in any functions as needed

HR & Recruiting:
Follow recruiting & interviewing procedures of the supervisors, housekeepers and floor techs
Keep office in good order, all office equipment & supplies are in stock.
Experienced in Excel worksheet & Outlook
Experienced in Social media
Fill out hiring paperwork properly and able to keep employees files current
Complete first interviews for potential supervisors and/or floor technicians and make referrals for these positions to Area Manager & Owner
Complete all new hire orientations
Communicate to the Area Manager when new hires have had their orientation completed and are ready to be trained in the field, schedule & track all training.
Type termination/quit letters
Ensure all training paperwork, new hire packets, applications or any other necessary paperwork is completed properly.
Office is organized, files and desks in order. Update HR report daily
Fill out IR on requests or complaints
Track all cleaning, office, uniforms, drug tests, keys, supplies coming in and out of office
Additional/Enhanced Qualifications
1-2 years of small business experience
Bilingual: English & Spanish
Human Resources and/or Payroll experience
