Job Summary:
Under the direction of the HR Director, the Bilingual HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources department, including talent acquisition, benefits, and general HR functions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and a strong commitment to supporting employees and HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact by managing the front desk, including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing excellent customer service.
- Greet walk-in or scheduled applicants, assist with the application process, and provide guidance to ensure all documents and information are completed accurately.
- Perform administrative HR tasks such as filing, creating and organizing new hire folders, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Create and manage social media posts and support employee engagement efforts.
- Keeps Human Resources reception area, lobby and training room neat and organized.
- Other Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Benefits related projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- A minimum of 1-year proven experience in a similar role required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Canva graphic design tool.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with a willingness to learn and a strong focus on customer service.
