Responsibilities: • Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within our scope of the firm while helping the caller feel heard and understood • Monitor calendar and schedule appointments • Greet clients and potential clients • Scan supporting documents • Input new lead's information into file database and case management software • Facilitate with intake process • Process incoming and outgoing mail • Update the team with weekly intake reports • Assist with billing and accounting • Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow • Other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: • Background in immigration is preferred but not required • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Compensation: $17-$19
