Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration applications and supporting documents for family-based and removal defense cases • Conduct legal research on immigration laws, regulations, and procedures • Draft legal documents, including affidavits, declarations, and correspondence • Maintain case files and update case management systems • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide case updates • Prepare immigration forms and compile supporting documentation for submission to government agencies • Coordinate with external parties, such as translators and expert witnesses, as needed Qualifications: • Spanish (speaking and writing) • Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Client/people management is a must • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Compensation: $21 - $23 hourly
