We are looking for a Bilingual In-Office Receptionist who is highly organized, professional, and customer-service oriented. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Client & Visitor Experience • Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. • Answer and route incoming calls, taking detailed messages when necessary. • Assist walk-in clients with general inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team member. Scheduling & Communication • Schedule consultations and follow-ups, ensuring accuracy in appointment setting. • Maintain organized records of client interactions and update case management systems. • Communicate office hours, mailing instructions, and basic legal intake information. Administrative & Office Support • Handle mail processing, scanning, and organizing legal documents. • Keep front desk and reception area professional, welcoming, and efficient. • Support the legal team with administrative tasks, including drafting simple correspondence. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. • Exceptional Customer Service Skills – Ability to handle client interactions with warmth, empathy, and professionalism. • Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using office software, phone systems, and case management tools. • Reliable & Punctual – Consistently on time and dependable in a professional setting. Previous experience in a law firm, customer service, or an administrative role is preferred but not required. Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
