Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new client leads through networking, outreach, and referrals. • Proactively engage with prospective clients to understand their immigration needs and recommend appropriate legal services. • Maintain a strong knowledge of the firm’s service offerings and effectively communicate their value to potential clients. • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery. • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the firm’s growth goals. • Track and document all interactions with clients in the firm’s CRM system. Qualifications: • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a professional services environment. • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. • High emotional IQ. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Detail-oriented. • Familiarity with immigration law or a willingness to learn about the industry. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Have the courage to hold others accountable. • Strong leadership skills. Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
