Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to develop personalized insurance and financial service strategies • Provide support and guidance to clients within the Hispanic community • Demonstrate expertise in life insurance, annuities, and various financial products • Aid clients in planning for retirement, saving for college expenses, buying a home, and paying off debt • Obtain insurance licenses we'll cover the costs • Utilize computer proficiency to enhance client engagement and identify sales opportunities Qualifications: • Ability to fluently communicate in Spanish and/or Portuguese • Comfortable engaging with clients throughout Michigan to tailor insurance and financial strategies • Willingness to acquire necessary insurance licenses, fully sponsored and paid for by the company • Proficient in computer skills to optimize customer interactions and sales opportunities Compensation: $70,000 at plan yearly
