    ** Position Overview:**

    As an Intake Specialist , you'll be the welcoming face of the INSPIRE program , enrolling clients and ensuring they have access to the resources and support they need to thrive. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with the community, coordinating services, and playing a key role in empowering individuals and families.

    ** Primary Functions:**

    • Be a Connector: Engage with community partners and events to identify potential program participants.
    • Be a Guide: Assist clients through the enrollment process, from initial contact to intake completion
    • Be a Support System: Help schedule service plans, workshops, and training opportunities to promote success.
    • Be a Data Pro: Maintain accurate client records in our program database (ETO).
    • Be a Team Player: Work closely with our Family Success Coaches and Program Coordinator to support program goals.
    • Be a Community Champion: Assist with outreach initiatives and lead our social media efforts to expand awareness.

    ** Requirements for Consideration:**

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • A valid Indiana Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
    • Ability to pass a background check and maintain a drug-free workplace.
