Who YOU are

Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Customer retention.
Lead supervisors, conduct weekly one on one meetings in office.
Conduct in person customer visits, resolve complaints, and reply to customer requests.
Coordinate start of new customers.
Lead, attend, and participate in team meetings at Keepers office.
Clear consistent communication with customers and team members.
Sales for new customers and existing customers.
In charge of a team of Supervisors.
Requirements:
2 years minimum experience in Operations for Janitorial company with multiple job sites.
2 years minimum experience leading a large team.
Bilingual in English and Spanish. Will consistently use both.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
Attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in business.
Being able to work under pressure.
Reliable transportation.
Willing to work as a team but can also work alone when needed.
Being available after hours and weekends when needed.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year, plus commissions

Monday to Friday
On call
Weekends as needed
