    Korean-Speaking Legal Assistant/Paralegal We are seeking a skilled and experienced Korean-speaking legal assistant/paralegal to join our growing legal team. If you have a keen eye for detail, excel at organization, and thrive on managing schedules and deadlines, this role is perfect for you. You will leverage your experience and organizational skills to prepare and maintain legal documents, file motions, interview clients, and conduct legal research. A significant portion of clients are Korean-speaking, and this role will specifically support our Korea practice. Comprehensive Benefits Package, Including: • Health, vision, and dental insurance • 401(k) with employer match • PTO and flexible work schedule • Career/Training Development support • Transparent compensation model with growth opportunities • Firm culture that prioritizes work-life balance and teamwork Responsibilities: • Maintain and organize the Firm’s litigation/transaction calendars accurately. • Ensure dockets are in order. • Schedule hearings, communicate with courts, and prepare hearing binders. • Assist lawyers in client communications and advisories. • Conduct legal research, prepare and organize exhibits, coordinate witnesses, file motions, and assist with client meetings. • Draft subpoenas and coordinate with process servers. • Prepare legal documentation, pleadings, correspondence, operating agreements, and other agreements. • Gather information about legal issues from clients during interviews. Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year of legal service experience in a law firm or professional setting. • Proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading Korean. • Excellent communication and writing skills. • Strong time management and organizational skills. Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 DOE
