    IN OFFICE Legal Intake Specialist (SALES) - Bilingual Spanish- Amazing Sales Person Wanted; BILINGUAL SPANISH SPEAKER REQUIRED*** YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED IF BOTH REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT METIN OFFICE POSITION ONLY, NO REMOTE* • An average salesperson will make $35,000 to $40,000 per year. • A good salesperson will make $40,000 to $50,000 per year. • A great salesperson will make $50,000 to $60,000 per year. • An awesome salesperson will make $70,000+ in their first year and more than $80,000+ in subsequent years (based on our figures and expectations) if you have legal sales experience, you may be a great fit for this job. If you are a go-getter if you can discuss big price points and complex problems with maturity and sensitivity, and if you have the stomach to do some prospecting and follow-up with prospects, please continue. • This position is for awesome salespeople who can both sell legal services and cultivate new relationships to generate new leads. Responsibilities: • assess all new PNCs to Atlanta Family & Immigration Law (AFIL), and determine based on objective and subjective criteria which of these AFIL should offer to retain. • answer any non-legal questions raised by PNCs regarding filling out which are created and sent to clients via Lawmatics, sending documents to the firm, signing legal services agreements, or any other matter involving the PNCs’ pre-engagement relationship to AFIL. • act as the primary point of contact with PNCs up to the onboarding process. Ensuring all legal documents have been signed and retainer payment is successful. • maintain accurate records in Lawmatics to track the number of PNCs who contact AFIL, the number who come in for initial consultations, and the number who engage AFIL to do so, you shall ensure that the status of each PNC profile in Lawmatics is accurate and up-to-date. As necessary, assist the Managing Attorney in establishing categories for each PNC from the first touch through the signing of a legal services agreement—editing and updating categories, as appropriate. • prepare monthly consultation status reports. • follow firm-prescribed guidelines on how to communicate with PNCs in the most effective manner; collect information about the PNCs and the matters for which they are seeking AFILs help; assure the PNCs that AFIL’s attorneys and staff will be able to help them; show compassion for their troubles; and explain how AFIL can improve their lives. • In accordance with the ethical rules governing lawyers, Sales (Dragon) and Client Relations shall not provide legal advice but shall otherwise manage all aspects of converting PNCs to clients. • stay in contact with PNCs who do not retain us after their initial consultation to keep the door open for them to retain to us when they are ready. Qualifications: • Previous experience with Lawmatics CRM and case management software desired • Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills • Possesses outstanding communication skills and a sense of empathy • Previous legal sales experience is a MUST • Sales Quota met each month and quarter • Experience with the G-Suite, Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat Pro • Mycase, Conversionly and/or Dropbox is preferred but not required. • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $35,000 to $40,000 Salary
