    We are in search of a BUBBLY and PERSONABLE bilingual legal receptionist to join our expanding law firm in Sugar Land, TX. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in phone-based customer service or reception. Responsibilities: • Welcome and greet visitors to our office with a warm and friendly demeanor • Efficiently handle and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner • Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning and organizing medical records and correspondence • Ensure the office space is consistently clean, organized, and presentable • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory to ensure stock levels are adequate • Monitor and maintain break room supplies and presentation • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for team members • Uphold the firm's professional image by demonstrating integrity and empathy • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills • Take ownership of maintaining a welcoming and inviting office environment • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth office operations Qualifications: • Fluency in SPANISH is a mandatory requirement for this role; proficiency in Spanish is a non-negotiable aspect of this position. • Minimum of 2 years of legal reception experience is highly preferred. • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is highly preferred. • Experience involving phone communication is highly preferred. • Strong communication abilities are crucial for creating positive initial impressions with a diverse range of individuals. • Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office products, calendars, and video conference software is a must, with a keen eye for detail. • We highly value a competitive spirit and the motivation to exceed personal and professional goals. • The ability to thrive in a high-energy, rapidly growing environment through collaborative efforts is essential. • Friendly and patient telephone etiquette is a fundamental requirement for this role. • Responsibilities include answering and directing calls, welcoming visitors, scheduling appointments, managing office tasks, and handling mail efficiently. • Demonstrating the capability to prioritize and manage multiple calls and tasks effectively is key. • Attention to detail can be exemplified by emailing your favorite ice cream flavor after applying for the position.
