    We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our Atlanta-based team and help us expand. The Bilingual Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in promoting our mortgage services by engaging with our community, leveraging social media, and supporting outside marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English, has a strong understanding of social media marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a passion for marketing and community engagement. Responsibilities: • Support our existing team of Loan Officers in their marketing efforts. • Develop and execute marketing strategies to engage our Spanish- and English-speaking audiences. • Create, curate, and manage social media content across platforms to build a robust online presence. • Collaborate with the team to plan and implement marketing campaigns and events to promote our services. • Represent our team at community events, fostering relationships with local businesses and organizations. • Conduct research and provide insights on market trends and customer preferences. • Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results. Qualifications: • Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluent in both) – required. • Experience in outside sales or marketing – minimum of 1-2 years preferred. • Strong social media presence with a proven ability to create engaging content. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; a proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic. • Familiarity with the mortgage or real estate industry is a plus. Compensation: $40,000 + bonuses
