Role
We are hiring Bilingual Member Experience Advisors to be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. We are looking for Advisors with a passion for serving, an aptitude for building rapport, and an ability to engage a Member through a genuine connection with a human touch approach. Our Advisors will provide exemplary customer service while guiding our Members through the process. Our Advisors are skilled problem solvers and utilize a consultative sales approach.
Responsibilities :
Minimum 1-year experience in customer service and/or sales experience
Language proficiency in English and Spanish.
Ability to handle high call volumes and make sound business decisions in an efficient manner
Experience and interest in Healthcare Insurance/Medicare is a plus
PC proficiency required
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
Excellent communications skills

Attention to detail and quality-oriented
