Responsibilities: • Communicate effectively in Spanish with clients to gather treatment updates and essential information • Verify medical balances through the collection and review of medical documents • Compile demand packages by organizing medical bills • Organize and manage client files by scanning, categorizing, and maintaining records, bills, and paperwork • Prepare necessary legal documents and draft demand letters when required • Work closely with the Attorney, Legal Assistant, and Settlement/Disbursals teams • Oversee all aspects of case management to ensure smooth handling of each case • Maintain regular communication with clients for updates and information gathering • Arrange and keep case files in order, including legal documents • Conduct legal research to support case strategies • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless workflow • Stay updated on legal regulations and industry trends related to personal injury cases Qualifications: • Must have a high school diploma • Preferably possess Paralegal certification or a relevant 2-year degree • Proficiency in computer programs like spreadsheets, word processing, and case management software is required • Strong organizational skills and exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, are a must • Ability to multitask effectively and work independently is necessary • Should have 3-5 years of experience in case management • Background in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research is essential • Experience in Personal Injury Law in the state of Georgia is a requirement • Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory • Previous experience as a Case Manager in personal injury law is preferred • Tech-savvy skills are highly valued • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial • Proficient in legal document preparation and research • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are key • Must be capable of working both independently and as part of a team • Proactive and self-motivated individuals are encouraged to apply Compensation: $25+ hourly DOE
