We are hiring a proactive and energetic lead teacher willing o impact the lives of its students and surrounding community by providing them with the tools necessary to become autonomous individuals in their search for balance, purpose/meaning, and wisdom throughout their lives.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, 8 hour shift (Monday to Friday)

Bonus program according to performance

Requirements

English: ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English. Bilingual in Spanish is a BIG PLUS

Minimum one-year minimum experience as a teacher

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field

What you will be doing

Lead classroom team to achieve greater effectiveness

Work with small groups of children ages 0-5 to leverage their learning and model successful behaviors.

Plan lessons leveraging all areas of development, taking into account the individual needs of the children, using sensory and experiential work and language of thought.

Conduct a target setting and perfomance review meeting and report card

Constant reading and research in the area of education, receive feedback during coaching sessions or on a day-to-day basis

Participate in contsant trainning
