    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our real estate team in managing daily operations and ensuring seamless coordination of administrative tasks. In this role, you will handle scheduling, maintain essential documentation, assist with client interactions, and coordinate with vendors. Responsibilities: • Organize and maintain team schedules, manage transaction coordination, and oversee new client setup. • Assist with billing, invoicing, commission tracking, and timely follow-ups. • Update and manage internal documentation, including SOPs, onboarding guides, and client communication templates. • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, contracts, renewals, and office supply coordination. • Monitor and improve administrative workflows to enhance team efficiency and productivity. • Support the implementation and management of real estate software (e.g., CRM, MLS, transaction management, e-signature platforms). • Assist with marketing efforts, including property listings, email campaigns, social media scheduling, and event coordination. • Prepare operational reports, track key metrics, and maintain organized data for business growth. Qualifications: • Real estate experience and Real Estate License required. • Speaking Spanish is required. • Highly organized and detail-oriented , with the ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and the team. • Proficiency in administrative tools , including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management software. • Experience with marketing support , such as social media management, email campaigns, or listing coordination. • Ability to problem-solve and take initiative , ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced environment. • Previous administrative or operations experience in real estate, property management, or a related industry is a plus. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
