Responsibilities: • Service incoming leads by conducting buyer and seller consultations • Follow up consistently with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Hold open houses and show properties that meet clients’ needs • Provide an excellent customer experience by guiding clients through the transaction process from contract to closing • Stay up to date with local market knowledge to answer client questions and provide informed guidance Please note: We plan to train you on all of the above so you can apply the best techniques in servicing the client. Qualifications: • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (a huge plus) • Ability to work outside of normal business hours, including weekends • A California real estate license or the ability to obtain one • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Strong time management and organizational skills • Driven, self-motivated, and ready for professional growth • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required • Coachable and a strong ability to adapt Compensation: $121,000 at plan earnings - commission-based
