Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain client relationships with Spanish language speakers in the real estate market, including communicating and staying current with local market conditions and trends • Provide Spanish language consultation and advice to colleagues and clients throughout the entire real estate process • Negotiate contracts for buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties in a Spanish-language environment • Prepare marketing materials and organize property listing information in Spanish • Participate in open houses, meetings, and events to proactively promote real estate services to the Spanish language community Qualifications: • Licensed real estate agent in the United States • Bilingual: Spanish and English language fluency • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven success in sales and customer service • US Work Authorization • Must have a valid Real Estate License Compensation: $65,000+
