As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive professional, courteous, and efficient service. Your role will involve managing a variety of office tasks while creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors. Responsibilities: • Greet clients, visitors, and callers in a professional and friendly manner. • Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and courteously. • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area to create a positive first impression. • Manage the firm’s main email account by responding to general inquiries or directing them to the appropriate staff member. • Receive, log, and distribute all incoming mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely and accurate manner. • Date-stamp and scan all incoming mail and ensure it is routed or filed correctly within the firm. • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the firm's calendar. • Support other staff members with general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Qualifications: • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred Compensation: $12 - $13 hourly
