Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Sales Assistant to join our team at Trevino's Auto, a leading dealership specializing in preowned vehicles. This role is perfect for individuals who possess a passion for automobiles, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in the selection and purchasing of preowned vehicles by providing product knowledge and expert guidance.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve our diverse clientele.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding vehicles, financing options, and dealership policies, ensuring all information is accurate and helpful.
- Manage and maintain inventory, including updating vehicle listings and preparing cars for display.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, paperwork processing, and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to promote dealership events and special promotions.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and demonstrate key features to prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with the finance department to assist clients with financing options and paperwork.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized showroom and lot.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry is desirable but not required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of service.
- Familiarity with automotive sales processes and financing options is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
